Believe it or not, but we’re already through the first two full weeks of the high school football season and Labor Day weekend has arrived.

For many states, they’re at least two or more games deep into the high school football season. Many began their seasons last week, and others will get going this week or next week.

With a few weeks of statistics in the books, we have an idea of the best team in each state so far—and in the country. For others, we’ll know in the upcoming weeks.
