The U.S. Open is right around the corner, and tennis fans are looking to keep the momentum going by seeking destinations where the courts are as memorable as the matches.

Across the world, luxury properties are integrating the sport into the landscape, offering professionally maintained courts that reflect their natural surroundings. We’ve rounded up four different destinations for tennis fans to check out after the tournament is over, so that the fun can continue long after the championship matchups are decided.

These properties go a step further, offering tennis experiences defined by location, court quality and their respective surrounding environments. Scroll down to learn more about these beautiful locations and book your next trip. Trust me, you won’t regret it.

Singita Serengeti House in the Singita Grumeti Reserve in Tanzania includes a private hard court and tennis pavilion with uninterrupted views across the surrounding plains. Wildlife frequently moves through the area, offering guests the rare experience of spotting animals while on the court. The layout allows for tennis to be worked naturally into the rhythm of the day, whether played between game drives or in the late afternoon before gathering for dinner.

Following a recent refurbishment, Serengeti House now features warm textures, natural materials, and pieces that draw from the surrounding environment, creating a calm and cohesive atmosphere throughout. The villa is designed for exclusive-use stays and includes four spacious suites with private terraces and outdoor showers, along with indoor and outdoor communal areas that include a fitness center, media room, family kitchen, and wellness treatment space.

The Reserve at Grace Bay by Beach Enclave in Turks and Caicos offers guests private hard courts just steps from Grace Bay Beach within an exclusive-use sports facility, available exclusively to guests staying at one of the Reserve’s three villas. The two courts are equipped with lighting for evening play and a shaded pavilion nearby for breaks between matches. Guests can schedule lessons, use ball machines, or set up casual tournaments, with equipment available throughout their stay.

The courts are part of a larger program of activity that includes a 4,500 square foot golf-green complex, padel and pickleball courts, beach volleyball, basketball, and a 24-hour fitness center. Each of the three beachfront villas includes seven bedrooms, indoor and outdoor living areas, a rooftop terrace, and a private infinity-edge pool. Stays include a private chef, butler, and concierge, along with non-motorized water sports, daily yoga, and family-focused programming through SURFside Ocean Academy.

Set within the hotel’s expansive grounds and framed by forest and mountain views, the courts offer a rare alpine tennis experience. Guests can reserve time for casual matches or private lessons, with racquets and balls available at reception. After time on the courts, recovery begins at waldSPA Health, Forsthofgut’s integrative wellness center focused on preventative medicine.

Guests can book cryotherapy, osteopathy, physiotherapy, and massage therapy, with consultations available from an in-house doctor and nutritionist. Recovery continues in the waldSPA’s nature-infused thermal areas, which include a Finnish sauna with panoramic mountain views, a forest-view onsen, and a heated lake pool with an indoor-outdoor connection.

Tucked along the Tuscan coast, Forte dei Marmi has long been a haven where time slows and local traditions endure. One such tradition is tennis, one of the most popular sports in Forte dei Marmi, with the town boasting the highest number of tennis courts by territorial extension in Italy. At Pensione America, Collezione Em’s new adults-only retreat just steps from the beach, tennis is built into the experience.

The boutique hotel is home to Tennis Club Roma, one of Forte’s most iconic and oldest clubs now protected as part of the town’s cultural heritage. Located right on the villa grounds, the courts are shaded by trees and tucked just alongside the property, providing guests priority access and convenience. Guests can book a court or private lesson, with play hours set to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the property.
