The high school sports scene these days is played out amid a Crayola box gone wild. The surrounding trees are a blaze with autumn’s red and yellow, while the athletes sport pink wherever possible as part of breast cancer awareness month. And the past weekend in Boston, rowers from around the world added splashes of colors at the Head of the Charles Regatta.
Thankfully, high school student photographers around the state have been able to capture much of the beauty — while also capturing much of the action — to share with Globe readers.
