Delta is partnering with Sport 24, IMG’s dedicated live sports channel for the airline and cruise industries, to bring 24/7 live sports coverage to customers on international routes.
Launching this autumn, SkyMiles Members travelling on international routes to and from the U.S. will be able to watch live sporting events directly from their personal devices via Delta Sync Wi-Fi.
Coverage will include major global sports properties including the Premier League, UEFA competitions, Formula 1, Grand Slam tennis tournaments, NFL and NBA, with programming prioritised around the most relevant live event available.
The partnership forms part of Delta’s wider ambition to be the leading premium airline for sports fans, expanding its existing portfolio of connected sports experiences for customers travelling around the world.
Sport 24 and Sport 24 Extra will be available through Delta Sync Wi-Fi using SkyMiles credentials. Membership is free to join.
