CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College women’s basketball added Stephanie Miller to the program as Chief of Staff/Assistant Coach.

“I feel a tremendous sense of pride and excitement joining this staff at Boston College,” said coach Miller. Being able to work towards the collective goal of building a championship culture and winning at a high level in the mighty ACC. What an exciting opportunity this is to be able to work side by side with colleagues that share the same mission, passion, and motivation, while representing such a prestigious academic institution, with the storied athletic background of Boston College.”

Miller joins the Eagles after two successful seasons at Bradley, where she helped the Braves to 34 victories, including a 20-win campaign in 2025-26.  She stepped into the interim head coaching role during Head coach Kate Popevec-Goss’ maternity leave, helping guide the Braves to a pair of wins, including a victory over top 25 mid-major opponent, Abilene Christian.

During her time with the Braves, the team established itself as one of the top defensive teams in the Missouri Valley Conference. The Braves led the league in scoring defense last season, surrendering just 64.2 points per game, while also pacing the conference in three-point defense by holding opponents to 26.9 percent shooting from beyond the arc – a mark that ranked among the nation’s top 20.

Bradley also found success offensively, leading the MVC in three-point shooting at 34.6 percent and averaging eight made threes per contest. The Braves additionally ranked second in the conference in assist-to-turnover ratio.

Bradley earned two All-MVC selections along with the program’s first-ever Newcomer of the Year honor.

In 2015-16, she earned Crossroads League Co-Coach of the Year honors after guiding Goshen to a school-record 27 victories and a trip to the NAIA Division II Fab Four. Under her leadership, the program became a consistent postseason contender and reached new heights on the national stage, while finishing as high as No. 4 in the country.

Miller also spent time coaching at Hill McCloy High School in Michigan, spending 32 years helping run The McCracken Basketball Camps, and worked extensively on the AAU circuit, highlighted by a national runner-up finish with the Michigan Spartans 16U team in 1998. She graduated from Michigan State University.
