Despite slightly lower interest rates, it’s been a slow start to 2026 for single-family home sales in Massachusetts.Through the first two months of the year, more than 500 fewer homes have sold compared to the same time period in 2025 — 4,274 this year compared to 4,779 in 2025, a drop of more than 10.5 percent, according to The Warren Group. SOUTH BEND, Ind. –  The NCAA Men’s Fencing tournament concluded with the final day of competition. Ivan Goriunov, Elijah Onik, Yikai Lu, and Luca Berman all competed in the fourth and fifth rounds of their respective weapons. Goriunov finished 20th with seven wins over 23 bouts in the epee competition. Lu and Onik finished 22nd and 24th in the foil competition, with each winning seven bouts.
