A 22-year-old man from Massachusetts is facing arson and other charges after allegedly throwing a lit firework at a police cruiser in New Hampshire.Kyle Martel is accused of throwing a lit firework on April 19 from a wooded area at a Plymouth police officer’s cruiser.Video from a Ring security camera shows the firework exploding near the police officer and another person.
