Nebraska quarterback Dylan Raiola intends to enter the transfer portal, according to ESPN’s Pete Thamel.
Raiola, who has two years of eligibility remaining, completed 72.4 percent of his throws for 2,000 yards and 18 touchdowns to go along with six interceptions in nine starts.
