Tennessee Titans and interim coach Mike McCoy face the Patriots
The Tennessee Titans have a new coach with an old coach coming back to town.
The Titans play the New England Patriots at noon CT on Oct. 19 at Nissan Stadium in Nashville. It’s the first game for Titans interim coach Mike McCoy, who replaces Brian Callahan. Brian Callahan was fired the day after the Titans (1-5) suffered its latest loss, a 20-10 defeat to the Las Vegas Raiders.
The Patriots (4-2) are led by first-year coach Mike Vrabel, who was the Titans coach from 2018-23. Callahan replaced Vrabel. Callahan managed a 4-19 record in his Titans tenure before he was fired.
