CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Jane Rattigan Head Women’s Hockey Coach Katie Crowley announced the addition of Taylor Wenczkowski as an assistant coach on Monday.

Wenczkowski comes to the Heights after serving as an assistant coach at Princeton since the 2024-25 season. During the 2025-26 season, the Tigers earned a berth to the NCAA Tournament and had three players selected in the PWHL Draft. Prior to beginning her collegiate coaching career, Wenczkowski played professionally for PWHL Boston during the league’s inaugural season in 2023-24.

Before joining PWHL Boston, Wenczkowski played three seasons in the Premier Hockey Federation with the Boston Pride. She helped lead the Pride to back-to-back Isobel Cup championships in 2021 and 2022, scoring the game-winning goal in both championship games. Wenczkowski was named the Isobel Cup Playoff MVP in 2022.

In 2021, Wenczkowski launched TW Hockey Academy, a player development program based in the Greater Boston area. The academy focuses on teaching, challenging and developing the next generation of elite hockey players through high-speed, game-specific skill development.

A native of Rochester, N.H., Wenczkowski played collegiately at New Hampshire, where she served as team captain during her senior season. She was named the team’s Most Valuable Player in 2019 and earned Hockey East All-Star Team honors.

Prior to her collegiate career, Wenczkowski played three seasons in the JWHL for the Boston Shamrocks. She was also a member of the USA U18 Select Team in 2013 and 2014.

Wenczkowski arrives at Boston College with experience as a professional player, college coach and player development instructor.
