Great-grandmother graduates from Mt. San Jacinto College in California
Cheers erupted as 90-year-old Rita Victoria Hernandez received her degree from Mt. San Jacinto College. She’s the school’s oldest student to graduate.
It’s already that time of year: college move-out season in Massachusetts.
You may notice the streets of Boston growing busier as graduation ceremonies get underway and college students move out of their dorm rooms for summer break. Moving carts and U-Haul trucks are just part of the ambience.
The bulk of the moving happens in May, when most local student residence halls close.
Want to plan ahead? Here’s a list of general move-out dates for Boston-area colleges and universities.
