The sun is shining and the snow-capped mountains are clearly visible in the background of this beautiful Laugardalsvollur Stadium.

Both teams trained here yesterday and while the sun is out, it’s still pretty chilly in Reykjavik.

That shouldn’t phase England, who know they need to back up Tuesday’s crucial victory over Spain with three points today.

Iceland made life difficult for them in the home tie at the City Ground but England were wasteful. They won 2-0 – thanks to a goal and an assist from Lucy Bronze – but only seven of their 31 shots were on target.

Wiegman will have been hugely encouraged by their attacking performance against Spain so will want the same again.

If they can go into the June camp with a 100% record, they will be in a very strong position to qualify automatically as group winners.
