Chestnut Hill, Mass. – Two skiers will represent the Boston College ski team at the Alpine NCAA Skiing Championships in Park City, Utah on March 11 and 13 hosted by the University of Utah.

Bode Flanigan and Nick Kirwood qualified for the championship after competing in the EISA circuit throughout the season, earning points at each carnival. This marks Flanigan’s second trip to the NCAAs. He has placed in the top 10 in every slalom race this season, including three top-five finishes. Kirwood opened his season with a seventh-place finish in the giant slalom and maintained that momentum with five consecutive top-20 finishes in the slalom.

The alpine competition will take place at Spencer F. Eccles Olympic Mountain Center at Utah Olympic Park on Wednesday and Friday starting at 9 a.m. each day.
