Berkley Beer Company is hosting a fundraising event to support the Adopt A Teen Program in Taunton.

The Fall into Christmas event will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. Nov. 12 at the brewery, located at 10 Ingell St. According to a community announcement, the event aims to raise money for the program, which helps teens who have aged out of Toys for Tots.

The Adopt A Teen Program serves youths who are no longer eligible for Toys for Tots after age 12. Area schools and youth agencies refer recipients to the Taunton Department of Human Services. The goal is to ensure that these teens are not forgotten during the holiday season.

The event will feature food, entertainment and raffles. Berkley Beer Company is donating the space, food and labor, and all proceeds from ticket sales and raffles will go to the Adopt A Teen Program. Entertainers Mike Miozza and Bree Perry will volunteer their time to perform at the event.

Ticket sales are currently below the modest goal set by the organizers. However, they remain hopeful that more people will commit to attending in the days leading up to the event.

Berkley Beer Company has a history of supporting local agencies through community events. Since opening its doors six years ago, the brewery has sponsored an annual event to raise money for various causes. This year, the focus is on helping teens who are at risk of being overlooked during the holidays.

The Fall into Christmas event will include a variety of activities to engage attendees. In addition to food and entertainment, there will be a gift raffle and a 50/50 raffle. All proceeds from these activities will go directly to the Adopt A Teen Program.
