    About the Eagles

    Last Time Out

All four made their debuts in an Eagle uniform. Athena Tomlinson dished out a game-high six assists with nine points and five boards. The Crusaders hit their last seven field goals of the game after trailing 67-60 against BC.

    A Win Would

    – Give BC its first win of the season.

    – Give the Eagles a 15th straight win against the Wildcats.

    – Avoid back-to-back losses at home in November.

    By the Numbers

2 – The Eagles have two players from Australia in Lily Carmody and Eleanor Trout.

3 – Head coach Joanna Bernabei-McNamee is the third-longest tenured coach in the ACC.

6 – Grier is one of six freshmen in the nation to post at least five steals in their first collegiate game, while she is the only one to post a game with at least 10 points, five rebounds and five steals.

53.5 – The Eagles shot 53.5 percent from inside the arc against Holy Cross.

60 – BC assisted on 60 percent of its field goals in the season opener.

    What to Watch for

    –  Watch if the Eagles can continue their 3-point attack after hitting 10 in the season opener.

    – The Eagles were able to score 21 points off Holy Cross’ turnovers in the season opener. Watch if they can capitalize off UNH’s mistakes on Thursday.

    – Lily Carmody posted 13 points with five rebounds and four assists while she shot 6-of-8 from the line. See if the sophomore can get it done at the line on Thursday.

    – See if the Eagles can get off to another hot start, as they scored 26 points  in the opening quarter on 56.3 percent shooting from the field.

    – Watch if BC can convert on its second chance opportunities, as it only scored five points off eight offensive rebounds.

    Scouting New Hampshire (1-0, 0-0)

    –  New Hampshire is coming off a 72-32 win over Worcester State in its season opener on Monday.

    – Eve DeChent lead four players with 16 points in the win.

    – Elizabeth Lavoie netted 14 points with two boards, and two steals in her first start.

    – The Wildcats bring back seven letterwinners with five transfers and three freshmen.

    – DeChent is back after being the 2025 American East 2025 Newcomer of the Year.
