People Incorporated has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts for 2025, according to a community announcement from The Women’s Edge and The Boston Globe.

The Fall River-based human services agency, led by President and CEO Megan Stirk, ranked No. 63 on the list. This marks Stirk’s fifth consecutive appearance in the Top 100, which honors women leaders making a significant impact on the state’s economy and communities.

“All of the women on this list are doing incredible work — not only for their companies and organizations, but also for Massachusetts and for the advancement of the status of women in the workplace,” Stirk said. “I’m honored to be named among these dynamic figures, but I am even prouder that People Incorporated is once again recognized for the amazing work it does every day.”

The 25th annual awards breakfast was held Oct. 24 at the Boston Marriott Copley Place and featured remarks from Gov. Maura Healey and keynote speaker Deesha Dyer, a former White House social secretary and founder of Hook & Fasten.
