    HOT SPRINGS, Ark. – Boston College Women’s Golf capped off a strong fall slate to its 2025-26 season with a team and individual win at the Diamiante Intercollegiate, hosted by Arkansas Little Rock at the Diamante Country Club.

    The Eagles (278-283-275=836) finished the 54-hole tournament at 28-under par, the best team score in the three-year history of the event, and outscoring second place by 18 strokes. It is their first time winning the tournament after finishing second in the previous two attempts.

    Junior Frances Kim won the individual title, the first of her collegiate career and the first Eagle to do so this season. Kim finished the tournament at 10-under par (66-75-65), shooting a final round score of 7-under (65) and eight birdies to propel her to first place.

    Graduate student Cynthia Zhang tied for second place at 8-under par (73-66-69), registering six birdies across the final 18 holes. Her classmate Tiffany Cao followed right behind in fourth place, finishing the 54-hole event at 7-under par (68-71-70). She was one of two players across the entire tournament to record three scorecards under par.

    Freshman Joyce Zhang (71-73-74) finished tied for 24th place with a round three scorecard of 74, and sophomore Jenna Shilts (77-73-71) tied for 44th place at 5-over par.

    The Eagles finished the tournament with the best par three scores (-4), par 5 scores (-22) and birdies (65), while Cao ranked first in par 4 score (-4), Kim ranked first in par 3 (-3) and par 5 (-8) scores, and both golfers plus C. Zhang logged the most birdies (15).

    Boston College closes the 2025 fall season with three top-two finishes, winning two tournaments (Red Bandanna & Diamante Intercollegiate). The team returns for its first spring tournament on February 20-22, when it travels to Greensboro, Georgia, for the Reynolds Lake Oconee Invitational.
