The Red Sox and the Brewers will wrap up their three-game series Wednesday afternoon at American Family Field.

Marcelo Mayer will experience another big league first in the matinee matchup. After batting sixth in each of his first four games with Boston, the 22-year-old will bat cleanup in the finale in Milwaukee. It was a deserved elevation for Mayer, who collected a combined five hits in his last three games.

The 2021 first-round pick will share an infield with Trevor Story, David Hamilton and Nick Sogard. That group will play behind starter Brayan Bello, who remains in search of his first win since April 27. Bello will be opposed by fellow right-hander Freddy Peralta, who allowed two runs or less in eight of his first 10 starts on the season.

Here are the starting lineups for Wednesday’s Red Sox-Brewers game, which will have full coverage on NESN beginning at noon ET.
