CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Former Eagles tight end Jeremiah Franklin signed a rookie free agent contract with the New England Patriots, the team announced Friday. Franklin started all 12 games at tight end for the Eagles in 2025, recording 49 catches for 506 yards and two touchdowns en route to All-ACC Third-Team honors.
