CANISTEO, N.Y. — A 29-year-old man from Massachusetts has been arrested by New York State Police following an investigation into the online exploitation of minors in Steuben County. State police say through ongoing investigations, they found that Estefan Henriquez had sexually explicit communications with a 14-year-old girl from Steuben County, and even made plans to travel from Massachusetts to meet her. Just before 3 a.m. Thursday, troopers say they saw Henriquez’s car at a prearranged location in the Village of Canisteo in Steuben County.
