Who will represent Team USA’s curling team at the 2026 Milan-Cortina Olympics? That question will get close to being answered after a six-day trial event, where men’s and women’s hopefuls will duke it out for the chance to be at the Olympics and Paralympics. Four men’s and women’s teams will compete, each comprised of four curlers. CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. — Defensive lineman Edwin Kolenge was selected to the Go Bowling Military Bowl STEM Scholar-Athlete Program, the organization announced Monday afternoon.Kolenge, originally from Montreal, Quebec, studies human-centered engineering at Boston College. As part of a collaborative service engineering project, Kolenge applied his passion for thermodynamics to help people waiting for the bus during the winter by designing thin heating slats that minimally disrupted sidewalk traffic. The New England Patriots extended their winning streak to seven games Sunday, beating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 28-23. It’s the longest winner streak for the team since 2021, which was also the last time New England made the playoffs.
