FRISCO, Texas – Boston College junior defenseman Aram Minnetian has signed a three-year entry-level contract with the National Hockey League’s (NHL) Dallas Stars beginning in the 2026-27 season, the organization announced on Tuesday evening. Minnetian will join the Texas Stars of the AHL for the remainder of the 2025-26 year.
Minnetian was drafted by Dallas in the fourth round, 125th overall, in the 2023 NHL Entry Draft.
The Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey native skated in all 36 games this season for the Eagles on the blueline, finishing with 11 points on two goals and nine assists and a plus-15 rating. Over his three years on the Heights, Minnetian skated in 111 games and amassed 35 points on seven goals and 28 assists, while posting a plus-46 rating.
On the international stage, Minnetian was a two-time gold medal winner with the United States at the IIHF World Junior Championship, winning back-to-back gold medals in 2024 and 2025.
