On a beautiful day in Central Florida, Rayhao Feng of Short Hills, New Jersey, didn’t waste a single opportunity. Feng blistered Celebration (Florida) Golf Club in the second round of the Golfweek International Junior, going bogey-free on his way to a 10-under 62 and a three-shot victory in the long-running event.

Feng’s opening 70 on Nov. 1 had left him one shot off the lead and in a six-way tie for second on a crowded leaderboard. But in the second round, Feng took it to another level. He made four birdies in his front-nine 32, added a fifth on the par-5 12th and then closed with five consecutive birdies from Nos. 14 to 18. He was 12 under for 36 holes.

Feng, in the class of 2028 and ranked No. 153 in The Universal Golf Rankings, was runner-up in the AJGA’s K.J. Choi Foundation Junior Championship in August. He has also fared well in New Jersey PGA Junior Tour events. Last summer, he won the NJPGA Junior Cup and the NJPGA Back to School Championship. In July, he was runner-up at the Junior Event at Stanton Ridge.

Rayhao’s older sister Rayee Feng qualified for the U.S. Women’s Open this past summer at Erin Hills Golf Course in Wisconsin, and Rayhao carried her bag.

Behind Rayhao Feng at the Golfweek event, Hung Khanh Le of Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, was 9 under after posting a similarly impressive final-round 64. Le also didn’t make a bogey in the final round.

Chloe Wang won the 2025 Golfweek International Junior.

In the girls division, Orlando resident Chloe Wang claimed a one-shot victory over Ayana Hiranaka of Okinawa, Japan. Wang had solid rounds of 69-72 and made only three bogeys in 36 holes.

Wang, in the class of 2030, competed in several Florida Junior Tour events this summer, and logged back-to-back top-10 finishes on that tour in late August and early July.

The International Junior’s long history means that the past champions list is dotted with several players who went on to notable professional, amateur and college achievements. On the women’s side, Nicole Perrot, Stephanie Meadow and Annie Park are among the players who went on to compete on the LPGA, while men’s past champions Peter Uihlein and Morgan Hoffmann also went on to author successful pro careers.

Feng and Wang now find themselves a part of that distinguished history.
