The East Boston High School football team trekked over to Clemente Field in the Fenway last Friday evening and got pummeled by the Boston Latin Wolfpack 35-6. At halftime, Latin lead 28-0. Having a good game for Latin was Sammy Tshimuanga scoring three touchdowns in the first half. The Jets got on the board in the fourth quarter. Senior Gio Shire scored a touchdown as the clock wound down.
The first home game is this Friday at 6 p.m. The Brighton Bengals will be the visiting team. Both teams are 0-1.
