Boston College’s season came to an end on Friday, as they lost to UConn in overtime by a 4-3 final score. With this, all eyes will be on Boston Bruins top prospect James Hagens, as he is expected to sign his entry-level contract with the Black and Gold.
However, the Bruins have another prospect from Boston College who fans should not be ignoring: forward Andre Gasseau.

Gasseau just completed his senior season with Boston College, and it was a solid year for the 6-foot-4 forward. In 23 games on the year with BC, he had six goals, 17 assists, and 23 points. Overall, the 2021 seventh-round pick performed well in his final season with BC. Now, he is another prospect who should be getting his entry-level deal from the Bruins.
Once Gasseau lands his entry-level deal with Boston, he should be a nice addition to the Providence Bruins’ roster. However, the possibility of the big forward becoming a solid part of Boston’s roster later down the road should not be ruled out. His play at the collegiate level is encouraging, and he is a prospect that Bruins fans should not be sleeping on because of it.
