Canada, get ready to cheer on your athletes!
Team Canada FanFest is returning for a series of free, family-friendly events designed to bring fans together and cheer on Canadian athletes during the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games.
Over three action-packed weekends in four cities, fans can glide across free ice skating rinks with complimentary equipment rentals from Canadian Tire, jump into hands-on winter sport activities for all ages, watch live competitions, and even meet some Team Canada Olympians.
Each city adds its own flair, making for an unforgettable experience full of community spirit and pure winter fun.
Here’s a taste of what to expect in your city.
Toronto

From Feb. 7 to Feb. 8, Nathan Phillips Square becomes the heart of Olympic excitement.
Families and fans can dive into interactive activities with Skate Canada, Curling Canada, Hockey Canada, and Speed Skating Canada.
Keep your eyes on live competitions from the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games, including Women’s 3000m Speed Skating, Mixed Doubles Curling (CAN vs. EST), Women’s Ski Jump, Women’s Hockey (Canada vs. Switzerland), and Men’s Snowboard Big Air Final.

Calgary

From Feb. 14 to Feb. 15, WinSport Event Centre brings Olympic-level excitement to Calgary.
Fans can test their skills on the rink with hands-on activities from Skate Canada, Curling Canada, Hockey Canada, Speed Skating Canada, Biathlon Canada, Luge Canada, Ski Jumping Canada, Bobsleigh Canada Skeleton, and Snowboard Canada.
You can also visit Hockey Canada’s Hall of Champions and take a photo in Team Canada’s dressing room!
Don’t miss the live action, like Men’s Speed Skating (500m & 1500m), Women’s Skeleton qualifiers, Women’s Curling (CAN vs. SUI), Women’s Hockey Quarterfinals, and Men’s Hockey (CAN vs. FRA). It’s two days of elite sports, local pride, and community energy fans won’t forget!

Vancouver

Vancouver will be celebrating winter sports and its Olympic legacy from Feb. 15 to Feb. 16, alongside a scenic, waterfront backdrop at Jack Poole Plaza.
Interactive demos from Curling Canada and Hockey Canada give fans a chance to try their hand at Olympic-style activities.

Don’t miss the big moments live, including the Men’s Hockey Gold Medal Game, Women’s 1500m Speed Skating, Men’s Freestyle Ski Halfpipe, and the Closing Ceremony.
