    About the Eagles

    Last Time Out

BC suffered a 73-58 setback to Cal in its most recent outing. Lily Carmody came off the bench for a team-high 17 points on 7-of-12 shooting. The sophomore guard also led the way with seven rebounds. Jocelyne Grier poured in 15 points on six field goals, and Kayla Rolph netted 10 to round out the leading scorers. Amirah Anderson led the team with three assists.

    A Win Would

    – Give BC a 5-17 record.

    – Give the Eagles their first ACC win.

    – Snap a 13-game losing streak.

    – Give the Eagles their first ranked win since defeating then-No. 10/9 NC State during the 2022-23 season.

    By the Numbers

4 – Lily Carmody is one of four players in the ACC averaging at least 11.5 points on under 10 shot attempts per game.

36 – The 36 bench points against Cal was a season high and the most in an ACC game since the 2021-22 season.

42.3 – Erin Houpt is fifth among active leaders, shooting 42.3 percent from 3-point land during her career.

65.9 – Carmody has scored 65.9 percent of her points during the second half.

174 – Jocelyne Grier is sixth in the ACC and tied for first among freshmen with 174 points off the bench.

    What to Watch for

    –  See if Lily Carmody can continue her solid play after registering 17 points and seven rebounds against California – both ACC highs this season for the sophomore. Over the last six games, she is averaging 11.3 points on 52 percent shooting and 86.7 percent from the line.

    – In three ACC road games, Jocelyne Grier is averaging a team-high 12.7 points and shooting 50 percent from two. See if she can continue her road success.

    – Watch if the Eagles can contain Louisville on the offensive glass, as the Cardinals are averaging 16.2 offensive rebounds during their win streak.

    – See if the Eagles can get to the line on Saturday, as BC is averaging 23 free throw attempts over their last three road games.

    – Kayla Rolph is averaging 12.5 points over the last two games on 10-of-21 shooting. The two-game scoring stretch is the highest of the season for Rolph. Watch if she can continue her scoring ways.

    Scouting Louisville (18-3, 8-0 ACC)

    – Louisville is coming off an 88-80 overtime win against NC State last Sunday.

    – Imari Berry scored 33 points on 14-of-23 shooting with 12 rebounds and had two assists.

    – Skylar Jones recorded 17 points off the bench, while the duo of Berry and Jones combined for 50.

    – Tajianna Roberts averages a team-high 12.2 points, while her 64 assists are a team best.

    – Berry (11.4 ppg) and Ziegler (10.4 ppg) round out the leading scorers. Ziegler’s 7.4 rebounds per game is a career high as well.

    – The Cardinals are first in the ACC in scoring offense (83.0 ppg) and scoring (plus-23.3).
