The often-used sports phrase for when a new team is already humming is “midseason form.” And there’s no better example of that than this week’s photo gallery.
There are nearly 50 photos this week of wrestling and skiing, hockey and basketball, all showcasing high school athletes from around the region.
As for the team, the Boston Globe’s sports photojournalism program is free to join and open to any Massachusetts high school student.
