The last $1 million prize remaining in a $5 lottery game was claimed in Massachusetts on Monday.

The $1 million prize was from “Diamonds and Dollars,” a scratch ticket game that costs $5 per ticket.

The game was released in 2023 with four $1 million grand prizes. All four grand prizes have been claimed as of Sept. 30.

The winning $1 million ticket was bought at Blanchard’s Revere in Revere.

Additionally, someone claimed a $200,000 prize from the “$200,000 Halloween” game. The winning ticket was sold at NK Convenience in Medford.

There were six $100,000 prizes won or claimed on Monday. One was from the midday “Mass Cash” drawing. The winning numbers were 5, 6, 13, 26 and 28, and the winning ticket was sold at Vermette’s Inc. in Amesbury.

Two of the other $100,000 prizes were from winning “$15,000,000 Colossal Millions” tickets, sold at Rag’s Tavern in Quincy and Seasons in Fall River.

The other three $100,000 prizes were from three different games. One was a “300X” ticket sold at a Speedway in North Quincy, another was a “$100,000 Max Winnings” ticket sold at Essex Shell in Swampscott and the third was a “Diamond Deluxe” ticket sold at Joe’s Market in Revere.

Overall, at least 647 prizes worth $600 or more were won or claimed in Massachusetts on Monday, including 18 in Springfield, 20 in Worcester and 57 in Boston.

The Massachusetts State Lottery releases a full list of winning tickets every day. The list only includes winning tickets worth more than $600.

The largest lottery prize won so far this year was worth $1 million a year for life, from a winning “Lifetime Millions” scratch ticket sold in Springfield and claimed in July.
